Year 4- Diving numbers by 10 and 100. Hundredths as fractions and decimals.

Year 5- Angles: classifying and estimating. 

EnglishWe have started our new writing unit based on the book Holes by Louis Sacher. We wrote a description of Camp Green Lake and started to compile vocabulary about Yellow Spotted Lizards.
HistoryAnglo Saxons and Vikings: We looked at the Historical timeline back to when the Roman Empire ended, and when the Anglo Saxons & Vikings came to Britain.
ArtSculptures and 3D: We looked at sculptured by ceramics artist Magdalene Odundo, and practiced drawing in 3D.
REGreen religion: We discussed Greta Thunberg's meeting with Pope Francis about climate change.
PE

Monday: Orienteering- we practiced map work, replicating faces made up with different sports equipment and symbols.

Wednesday: Circuits with Mr Irvin.
