Full Time KS2 Teacher

Permanent Position

 

An experienced full-time class teacher is required commencing September 2018.

 

We are looking for an inspirational, enthusiastic and highly motivated KS2 teacher to join our school, commencing September 2018. You will need to be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for teaching & learning, with high aspirations both for yourself and for the children. We are an inclusive school so we would be seeking to appoint a teacher who shares this ethos.

 

You would be joining a friendly, hard-working team with a very strong commitment to moving our school forward from Good to Outstanding. Experience in subject leadership would be beneficial and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of our church school.

 

The successful candidate would be responsible for a mixed class of year 5 and year 6 pupils. Knowledge of Year 6 SATS would be an advantage. You would be expected to lead English across the school seeking to make a positive impact on pupil outcomes.

 

We are an expanding school with an exciting future ahead of us.

Nursery GTA 15 hours per week, term time only

Monday – Friday 12noon to 3pm

The opportunity for additional hours may be available

 

Fixed Term Contract – September 2018 – July 2019

An enthusiastic part time GTA is required for September on a fixed term contract to July 2019. Applications are welcome from those with relevant experience with an early years Level 2 / Level 3 qualification being preferable.

 

Your role will involve working alongside other early years practitioners, under the direction of the Early Years Leader.

 

You will need to be able to work as part of a team showing flexibility and a willingness to adapt where necessary.

 

GTA post is paid at Salary Band 4, SCP 9-13
