13.10.23- we have been busy making gas masks and Anderson shelters, and understanding how they were used by children in WW2.
5.10.23- we learnt about life in the country for evacuee children, and made some carrot cookies and digestive biscuits with ingredients which might have been home grown or rationed.
21.09.23- We have been learning about evacuees in World War 2. We made identity tags and gas masks, then looked at where evacuees might be sent to on the UK map.
