Auction of Promises was a huge success!

There are still some payments to come in but a massive thanks to the generosity of everyone who donated their time & gifts and those that that came to the night or sent in a sealed bid, we raised over £2000! To everyone involved, we can’t thank you enough.

Passive Fundraising – Every Little Helps!

We’ve all done really well with the fundraising this year, all of which is greatly appreciated by us in FOBMS and the school. It's allowed us to do things like fund school trip transport and pay for extra teaching resource materials. We have a couple of ways where you can help to raise more without it coming out of your pocket and during the busiest shopping period of the year, it would all really add up if you could think about using these services whilst doing your online shopping.

Easy Fundraising – They partner with over 7,000 brands who will donate part of what you spend to a cause of your choice. It won’t cost you any extra. The cost is covered by the brand. For more info on how it works and how to use it, go here.

AmazonSmile – Amazon will donate 0.5% of the net purchase price of your orders when you use smile.amazon.co.uk or through the Amazon app with Smile activated. Click here for more on how to get it set up.

Christmas Jumper Day – Thursday 1st December It is a uniform day at school, but can come in a Christmas jumper instead of their normal one.

Small change of plan… please bring something for the tombola stall at the Christmas Fair (bottle, chocs, etc) instead of a jarbola donation. If you have already done a jar bola, that’s absolutely fine and we will use them, but we are in desperate need of tombola gifts.

Christmas Fair – Saturday 3rd December, 10am-1pm £2.50 entry for adults includes a drink and cake, under 16s are free. We’re putting on a craft fair in the school with several stalls from local businesses, some crafting activities for the kids, a tombola, a choir singing carols and more. If anyone is willing to help on the day, please get in touch. We will also be joined by some special guests!

Carol Singing - Wednesday 14th December Come along for a sing-song and a bit of Christmas cheer. More details to follow.
